  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of two years of continuous work experience; or 6 months continuous manufacturing experience. All work experience must be post high school.

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications


  • 1 years of lab experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Must have a desire to learn and collaborative in a manufacturing environment

  • Prepare samples of metallographic specimens.

  • Examine the prepared mounts for Customer Monthly Audits, Customer Process Approvals, and Anomaly Characterization.

  • Write reports of metallographic characterization.
