Primary Function of Position:

The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that maybe assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between all internal organizations to ensure that components and assemblies flow smoothly through the work areas to meet stringent deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Review and understand all production order processing operations in compliance with Quality and Inventory Control requirements

  • In depth understanding and use of ERP system transactions as they were designed for different processes, work order types, and their impact on cost tracking

  • Responsible for review and release of production orders to the production floor

  • Responsible for all goods movement related transactions into work orders - GI/GR act as first level escalation in resolving any worker order, transactions, goods movement related issues prior to escalation with IT

  • SIOP - Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Production Management functions to gain alignment on planning inputs, creates and modifies build plans to support business needs based on capacity, training and material assessments and presents this proposal during SIOP reviews to cross-functional teams.

  • Label Management - Ensures labels are printed and supplied for all WOs, both at harvest and primary mfg site(s)

  • Oversees weeks on hand (WOH) inventory quantities for raw materials and sub-assemblies, addresses risks and overages proactively - collaborates with Production Mgmt and Purchasing to achieve right sized inventory position

  • Assumes shared responsibility for the inventory accuracy

  • Ensures timely closure of work orders as requested and specified by management

  • Provides work order and transactional ERP training and mentoring for production/repair teams

  • Participates in all work order related testing and UAT

  • Provides feedback about incorrect material set up or other material master set up issues to the appropriate team

  • Monitors and reports overall work order closure status and accuracy of transaction used for component movements

  • Change management execution - works with Engineering and Production Management teams to coordinate cut-in/phase out of materials, revisions, versions, etc. - gains alignment and buy-in from Engineering and Production teams on timelines, ensures timely adherence to these timelines; Applying Deviations, ECO redlines, and routing changes, as authorized and intended by the Agile Automated Change Control System (ACCS)

  • Basic understanding of BOM (bill of materials) and traveler/routing structure, as they relate to both SAP and Agile

  • Willingly participates with production teams to resolve production and planning issues

  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement on a daily basis

  • Adheres to all operating policies, guidelines, and procedures. Comply with Current Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation practices (GMP & GDP).

Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with SAP or similar ERP system

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in work/education experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Agile or similar ACCSs

  • Understanding of Materials management, RMA processing, Quality and Regulatory requirements

  • Knowledge of general manufacturing practices is desirable

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Medical device background preferred

  • Understanding of Business Information Systems (i.e. SAP, Clarify, Agile) and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications

  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Flexible, adaptable to change, ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $81,200 USD - $109,800 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $69,000 USD - $93,400 USD
