 Our Senior Director of Operations (SDO) is a key role in the organization providing management and support to our corporate office, and distribution facilities.   The SDO will be charged with driving the day-to-day areas of warehouse management, facilities management, product procurement, product distribution, pharmaceutical distribution compliance and operational staff development.  The (SDO) will ensure the company safety, quality, delivery, and inventory objectives are met. 

 Who Are You?

• BS/BA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration.
• 8+ years industry related experience; healthcare preferred.
• 4+ years of prior management experience
• Proficient at MS Office, MS Excel
• Working knowledge of warehouse/mechanical equipment, Performance Management, and warehouse management systems
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with others.
• Strong Leadership skills
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills; an attention to details and follows through on assigned tasks and projects
• A can-do attitude with excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
• Able to travel up to 20% of the time.
