Your Team
As a Lead, Business Intelligence in the Agile Transition Office within the Global Technology team, you will be responsible for pulling data from multiple sources and creating data dashboards. You will bring a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, strong understanding of agile practices, the ability to design reports, and strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for the development of data specifications, developing/managing database structures, and working with reporting tools to create complex reports to meet the needs of teams across all business units. The successful candidate takes initiative, has a strategic mindset with an execution focus and has a collaborative mindset

Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
• Design and implement reporting and visualization for unstructured and structured data sets.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Full stack development to support front end development (such as. React, nodeJS, Javascript, etc.)
• Create templates for Dashboards/Reports to be used by other BI Analyst and End Users.
• Design, develop and operationalize dashboards and reports for Senior and Executive Management.
• Ensure technical designs accurately represent the requirements and functional designs.
• Provide best practices and industry standards to guide BI strategies development.
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Review and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systems.
• Conduct in-depth testing and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot issues.

The Skills & Expertise You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture
• A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, front-end development and normalization

• Experience with agile development methodologies and toolsets (Jira required, Jira Align preferred)

• Full stack development (such as. React, nodeJS and Javascript, etc.)
• Curiosity and learning mindset – eagerness to understand the business domain, and openness to learning new tools or platforms to provide the best possible solution
• Experience interacting/collaborating across business areas for analysis, design, and development services in support of the Analytics environment
• Understanding of visual design principles
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Complex problem solving - identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Team player - able to work independently and as a team to complete goals
• Communication - expresses ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization

The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
