Description:

The Design Engineer Co-op will work for the product engineering department. 

The daily work will be split between “feet on the ground” on the manufacturing floor and part in the office.  Working with cross-functional teams throughout the entire lifecycle of the product and processes.  

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering


• CAD-CREO Modeling


• FEA-CREO simulation


• Able to work near full-time during summer with the potential for permanent placement post graduation.

• AutoCAD & 3D modeling experience


• Geometric Dimension and Tolerances

• Must have the ability to work with people. Must be a team player with willingness to freely exchange ideas and relate well with others


• A hands-on background with a mechanical aptitude


• Must be willing to assume responsibility for accuracy and quality of work assigned


• Self-motivated to work in a rapidly changing priority environment
