Job Description:

Salary for this position is negotiable dependent upon experience. 

Coordinates, promotes and facilitates the enrollment of undergraduate students to the university.


  1. Conducts regular visits to high schools and community colleges in the target area to maintain relationships with administrators, counselors, teachers, parents, and students.

  2. Communicates and corresponds with prospective students to answer questions regarding the university and facilitate enrollment.

  3. Conducts recruiting events in the target area, which includes coordinating with faculty,alumni, and other university-related personnel.

  4. Assists director and senior recruitment coordinator with developing and implementing recruitment strategies targeted toward prospects and parents in the target area.

  5. Tracks prospective students in a database, and compiles monthly reports of recruitment activities.

  6. Participates in program evaluations, reporting, and assessment measures.

  7. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
