POSITION TITLE: Developer, System - Lead

HOURS / WEEK: 40 hours/week

JOB SITE LOCATION: 40300 Traditions Drive, Northville, MI 48168

DUTIES: Cooper Standard Automotive Inc seeks a Developer, Systems-Lead based out of our U.S. headquarters in Northville, Michigan. This is a purely telecommuting/work-from-home-position whereby the employee must reside in the US in a state where the Company currently has a facility and retains the ability to attend required meetings. Applicable US states are: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, and Texas.

Identify, establish, and drive standardized BI delivery solutions for the company; oversee the design and implementation of the business intelligence architecture platform; design the Business Warehouse (BW), infrastructure integration, and perform security architecture; oversee and advise on all design decisions and ensure that the solution design for delivering reporting and analytics across the organization adheres to the enterprise standards and is technically feasible and maintainable; plan architect, and align Business and BI objectives with technology solutions; provide technology leadership to implement Cooper Standard's global implementation of next generation SAP Business Warehouse; ensure compatibility across infrastructure architecture; and drive the implementation of enterprise BI solutions in such a way as to maximize stability and flexibility while limiting the effects of changes in either the source systems or the BI applications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting or Business Administration.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Five (5) years of experience in job offered or related analyst, computer engineering or IT position. Experience must include: Experience with SAP BW 7.30 or later; experience with SAP ECC extractors in logistics, finance and production planning; experience with SAP Business Objects; experience with BW-ABAP programming; and experience with native HANA technologies. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

OTHER: Will accept three year bachelor degree and/or three years of post secondary education in stated fields.
