ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, however other duties may be assigned according to business need.



  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, agency personnel and carrier staff via prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and accurate service.

  • Reconcile direct and agency billing commissions for all SFIN branches.

  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management as needed. Generate regular monthly reports to management and employees.

  • Prepare monthly general ledger and reconciliation of all branches. 

  • Perform month and year end closings and all related processes for all branches.

  • Calculate and submit quarterly account manager commissions to HR for payment to employees.

  • Work with carrier partners to reconcile company agency billing discrepancies.

  • Provide guidance and oversight of vendor invoices and payment process.

  • Collaborate with Director of Data Analytics to help analyze and interpret data.


Education and/or Experience 

Bachelors’ Degree or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Excellent Microsoft applications skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.  Ability to perform effectively in an environment where confidentiality, maturity, sound judgment, initiative, and professionalism are required.  Experience with EPIC is a plus.
