Market- Wide Part Time Retail Sales Associate in Keller, TX

Starting Pay $15.50 per hour

This position is for Part Time - day shift scheduled within store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm


• Saturday: 8am - 12pm


• Sunday: Closed

As a Market- Wide Part Time Retail Sales Associate, you will drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. You will report to the Regional Manager and build relationships with DIY'ers, professional contractors, and other end users of PPG Paints.

Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple Home Depots and PPG stores to provide excellent customer service and work with them promptly to achieve high levels of efficiency within their business.


• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers to increase the potential business opportunities.


• Promote the PPG brand, recommending products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping experience.


• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and the "how to use to achieve the best results.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with at least one year of retail experience working directly with customers.


• Store operations, inventory management and merchandising experience highly sought after.


• The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.


• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record


• Up to 30% travel in territory and some outside travel required throughout the year assisting in other territories.
