Software Engineer I - Surgical
In this early career role at Medtronic Surgical Operating Unit, you will contribute to the development of control and behavior algorithms that supports legacy, current and future generations of robotic surgical instruments. This includes sophisticated state machines that coordinate the behavior of multiple computing nodes based on user inputs and, control algorithms that utilize embedded sensor and actuator hardware to deliver high-bandwidth, precise and robust instrument response. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of disciplines spanning from mechanical design to human factors.
