As the Senior Supervisor, Solutions Engineering, you’ll be responsible for leading Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Solutions for clients and demonstrations, implementation, configuration execution, testing and deployment support. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Transportation Management Systems and System Integrations with clients and business partners.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Solutions for Clients and demonstrations, implementation, configuration execution, testing and deployment support


• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Transportation Management Systems and System Integrations with Clients and Business partners


• Provide SME to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes, and organizational change


• Document and maintain functional requirements


• Research and analyze best practices and Technology driven solutions


• Gather customer processes, enhance cross-functional initiatives and communicate/integrate solution improvements


• Develop and Identify cost savings, manage and implement projects


• Identify opportunities, data collection and analysis; marketable client solution creation


• Communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders and clients


• Execute process and strategy improvements to supply chain transportation improvement projects


• Root cause analysis, including corrective action preventative action (CAPA) recommendation and


• implementation


• Manage a team of engineers/analysts


• Review work and deliverables for their projects and customer engagements

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, closely related technical or analytical field


• Five (5) years post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
  
  
  • Truck, ocean, rail and air transportation; inventory management, warehouse site selection, material handling, facility design and operations, and consulting
  
  
  • Microsoft Office Suite, optimization tools for Supply Chain Design and Transportation Optimizations (Supply Chain Guru, anyLogistix or ILOG)
  
  
  
  


• Three (3) years post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
  
  
  • Domestic and international market supply chain, warehousing, and transportation best practices
  
  
  • Logistics decision support systems in routing and scheduling, distribution network design, resource planning, load planning, warehouse design and inventory planning
