UNFI - NorCal Produce is looking for qualified Order Selectors in West Sacramento, CA! Have you recently worked in a warehouse using electric pallet jacks to pull orders? Do you like the cold warehouse temperatures and working out during work? If yes - APPLY TODAY to NorCal Produce!
This cool shifts starts at: 2pm - until finish (4x10hrs).

Weekly Pay - EVERY Friday
NEW Starting Pay Rate $20.80/hr. + Productivity Increase.
Start time is 2PM - until finish.
4 Days x 10 Hour shift + Mandatory Overtime.
Work 4 days a week and have 3 days off: Two days OFF during the week plus Saturdays OFF - Sundays are Required!
Picking incentive bonus ranging from $0.25 - $7.50, based on productivity.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Operates a double pallet jack throughout the warehouse.
Selects cases and applies pick labels.
Obtains work assignments.
Works in a fast distribution center environment
Stacks cases onto pallets.
Inspects equipment and fills out inspection checklist.
Cleans work area.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Required:
Minimum one year warehouse experience required
Experience with rider pallet jack, electric pallet jack or similar
Skills/Abilities:
Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
