As a Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Operations, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Creating a world class safety culture. Utilizing the Enterprise Excellence Principles.  Leading employees through a culture of respectful behaviors creating teamwork.

  • Determining staffing and prioritization to ensure service to customers. Implementing the LEAN execution model and supporting organizational transition in which all employees are problem solvers.

  • Having a continuous improvement mindset with a heavy focus on safety, productivity, and employee relations.

  • Engaging your team to align to the strategic plan.

  • Available to respond to operational issues seven days/week, twenty-four hours/day.

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment

  • Five (5) years of manufacturing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Experience in manufacturing facilities/operations, project management success demonstrated through teamwork

  • Black Belt or Lean Certification

  • Skills include leadership, understanding and driving culture change and impact on results

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Work Location: Valley-NE

Travel: May include up to 10% Domestic Travel

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $133,435 - $163,088, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
