Technical Product Manager II

Your role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the roadmap and execution of key initiatives within the Ingram Micro Xvantage for vendors platform. Ingram Micro Xvantage for Vendors supports all aspects of the Vendor journey for Ingram's 1500 v endors including onboarding, catalog & price management, business planning, marketing, and insights. The successful candidate will demonstrate ability to deliver a product vision, prioritize initiatives informed by data & drive execution with data, engineering, and marketing/sales operations partners. This is an individual contributor role.


  • Develop, define, and execute the product roadmap for Ingram Micro Xvantage for Vendors. Customers for these experiences include vendors, Ingram associates and resellers.

  • Partner with Pricing ops, Digi Ops, and Engineering teams to define product roadmap and requirements for discount and pricing engine.

  • Prioritize initiatives with business partners accounting for customer, strategic & financial considerations.

  • Be a champion for the user experience and simplify complex tasks such as catalog management, business insights and marketing actions for vendors and associates.

  • Plan product execution with agile teams to ensure timely delivery with quality.

  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement to deliver efficiencies to customers driving business outcomes.

  • Work with data, analytics teams to understand user behavior and drive adoption of the platform through growth tactics.

What you bring to the role:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, science & math or business administration related technical emphasis is required. Master's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of relevant technical product management building customer experience for a B2B or B2C platform, with preference for multinational.

  • Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates.

  • Experience in Pricing, Discount and Promotion in B2B/B2C environment is preferable.

  • Experience in data-powered technologies such as catalog, product information management & insights preferred.

  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.

  • Demonstrable understanding of technology enabled digital transformation delivering enterprise-level IT and digital projects.

  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with business strategy, business modeling, technology strategy, and roadmap planning and scenario analysis.

  • Experience in driving large strategic and complex deals or ambiguous global projects, with executive visibility and many critical dependencies.

  • Have immense intellectual curiosity, and a high threshold to work within highly complex and ambiguous situations.

  • Strong track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship management with key global partners and vendors.

  • Demonstrable understanding of technology enabled digital transformation delivering enterprise-level IT and digital projects.

  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets: spreadsheet modeling, pivot tables, Power BI, Tableau, and similar are highly desired.

  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe Analytics and experimentation platforms preferred.

  • Have immense intellectual curiosity, and a high threshold to work within highly complex and ambiguous situations.

  • Strong track record of successful relationship management with key global partners and vendors.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology, and complex workflows.

  • Ability to interact with engineers and designers on technical topics to identify best possible decisions.

  • Data driven with the ability to define, track and act upon KPIs.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with product management, business strategy, technology strategy, and roadmap planning and scenario analysis.

  • Fluent in Agile, Scrum, and ideally SAFe certified

  • Experience working in Jira, Confluence and similar tools.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $89,800.00 - $143,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
