What Youll Do
As the foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a mechanic shopStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsProficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.Excellent organizational and time management abilitiesSolid understanding of diesel engine systemsKnowledge of safety regulations and proceduresStrong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities& Duties
Supervise and lead a team of mechanics in daily activities.Schedule and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks for optimal efficiency.Conduct regular inspections to ensure the work meets quality standards.Troubleshoot and diagnose complex diesel engine issues.Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies.Train and mentor new mechanicsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with management to improve shop processes and productivity.
