Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, and two Saturdays per month from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Requirements:
CPR certification
Certification in coronal polish/sealants and nitrous administration
