WHAT YOU'LL DO


The Client Solutions Specialist (also referred to as, "CAM") is primarily responsible for B2B client management and sales support, in addition to B2C process support (including taking payments on account) as well. This position is responsible for account set up and account maintenance. This includes set up and maintenance of all organizational products, pricing, and promotions. The CAM is also responsible for accurate billing, general support and processing refunds. In addition, the client solutions specialist will work directly with customers (B2B and B2C) to complete payments on their account balance via phone and on-line channels. They will interact and communicate with other functions and teams on a regular basis to best serve internal and external customers and stakeholders.


WHERE YOU’LL WORK


This position will work hybrid from our Leawood, Kansas office location. Remote candidates will be considered.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME



  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and functional teams to support and execute the set ups of products, pricing, and other processes in service of new and existing customers.

  • Create client invoicing for customer orders real time / daily or other activities related to revenue at various intervals while adhering to special billing / statement handling for specific customers.

  • Build, grow, and maintain productive relationships with key NHA account personnel within current accounts, peers, and across functions within NHA and Ascend.

  • Maintain and enter monthly billing into financial system for monthly billing customer accounts.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, accept/enter payments from customers and facilitate customer returns.

  • Work with IT, Product and Marketing teams to support launch of new and modified products and, when time and team capacity permits, support basic testing (UA) of those new products, processes.

  • Input communications, notes, activities, documents, and other relevant information to process orders using CRM, Great Plains and Certification Portal.

  • Help develop and maintain robust system of internal controls and respond to internal and external audit requests for processing information and various transaction supporting documentation.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred plus 2-3 years of experience in billing, account management, customer service and/or sales support roles.

  • 1+ Years MS Dynamic CRM and Great Plains Financial applications experience or related.

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Strong Customer Focus and Satisfaction Orientation.

  • Technical aptitude and comfort working in numerous systems continuously throughout each day.

  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and customer service skills.

  • Proven organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
