Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM. One weekend required every 6 weeks. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to:

• Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients. 


• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.


• Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and educate others.


• Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Work Experience:

Preferred – Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator is required within three months of hire.
