Supply Chain Analyst (New Health Care Company)

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2024. We will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Provides application and process support through partnership with IT, business clients and external business partners. Recommends process and systems solutions through on-going analysis to meet the changing needs of customers, interfaced systems, and systems users.


• Identifies IT requirements necessary to support supply chain systems including the interfaces between applications, databases, and system upgrades. Designs, tests, and implements on-going system modifications and solutions, system updates and new systems where appropriate.


• Acts as subject matter expert and primary contact for systems enhancements and upgrades using knowledge of our current process and activities to meet specific customer requirements. Leads implementation projects and provides direction to focused teams.


• On-Call handling of non-routine inquiries. Adapts differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues.


• Applies analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company reporting systems, statistical results.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar degree and 2 years of Supply Chain experience.

• High School Diploma/GED from AND 6 years of Supply Chain experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills


• Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) like JDA.


• Working knowledge of a Quality Management System.


• Responding to inquiries, problems, and requests appropriately, with professional behavior and in a timely manner.


• Ability to effectively manage stressful situations.


• Ability to work well with others such as management, customers, divisions, warehouse, and transportation staff.


• Being comfortable with change.


• Takes an active role in cross-functional teams.


• Be flexible, open minded and exhibit initiative.


• Be analytical to solve problems and initiate improvements.


• APICS or ASCM Certification

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $70,563 - $86,244, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
