JOB SUMMARY

Maintain product flow to and from outside service vendors.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review PEIs.
• Verify that casting meets PEI.
• Mark castings per instructions using an air powered Vibropeen.
• Communicate with outside vendors.
• Enter information in computer to create Purchase Order (P.O.)
• Pack castings for shipment.
• Check incoming castings from internal and external suppliers.
• Receive PO back into the system.
• Move product to next operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience: 6 months experience using Oracle preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license required.
• Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Read. Write legibly. Basic computer skills. Knowledgeable in the use of Oracle. Good verbal communication skills. Good written communication skills. Detail oriented. Sense of urgency.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Can be cold: next to shipping and the outside bay door
• Physical Demands: Sitting/Standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 20lbs, extended periods of time using a computer screen, extended periods of time talking, listening. Bending. Reach.
• Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in
• Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant.
• Steel toe shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant.
