Position summary:
The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager has day to day operational field management responsibility and authority over an assigned portfolio in supplying landscape maintenance services to industrial, HOA and commercial clients.

The Account Manager runs between 1M to 3M in annual volume, with managerial responsibility over production staff.

This Account Manager requires extensive landscape maintenance industry experience.
The position requires complete horticultural knowledge, best practices of landscape maintenance for South Florida, sales experience, maintenance pricing knowledge, and strong people management skills, Excel, Word, Database use as well as other technology platforms such as CRM and proposal databases.

Tasks:
Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines. Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. Recommend changes in working conditions or equipment use to increase crew efficiency. Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements. Order the performance of corrective work when problems occur and recommend procedural changes to avoid such problems. Confer with other Account Managers, Production Managers and Supervisors to coordinate work activities with those of other departments or units.

Must be able to prepare and present reports and proposals. The Account Manager must adhere to strategic and tactical plans. Customer Service - Embrace passion, service and mission of the company. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention of our customers while developing new business. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills are a must.

Attributes:
Spanish & Creole are strongly preferred.

Experience And Education:
At least three (2) years of experience as a commercial landscape maintenance account manager and a proven track record of success in all aspects of account management including operations, management of people and resources,and operations.
A four year degree relating to landscape is preferred.A proven track record of success in growing a branch, sales and new business development.Demonstrated achievement of results.
Physical Requirements:Working outdoors in all weather conditions; able to lift up to 50 pounds; The Noise level is, at times moderate to loud.
