Summary of Position:


The Event Coordinator is a member of the Events and Online Community Management Team. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the Event Operations Specialist, assisting in coordinating, staffing and executing Princeton Review’s national online events. They are part of the team that effectively spreads awareness, generates leads, and drives conversions for the company.


Major Responsibilities:



  1. Manage multiple administrative calendars for the National Events & Online Community Management Team.

  2. Coordinate and communicate with presenters and instructors for events.

  3. Schedule and execute tasks related to multiple events, including entering and maintaining PSOs for upcoming events and managing student attendance lists.

  4. Execute pre- and post-event communications with registrants and attendees when needed, fielding student and parent inquiries, providing promised deliverables, and qualifying leads for follow-up by sales team.

  5. Moderate and/or attend events virtually (often during weeknights and on weekends).

  6. Assist in pulling weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, share data and KPI for upcoming projects.

  7. Assist in researching latest trends in college, medical school, law school, grad/professional school admissions.

  8. Work in powerpoint to ensure all newly developed and newly revised decks follow brand guidelines.

  9. Support the whole department, including Online Community Management Specialists as needed.

  10. Administrative tasks as needed

  11. Other duties as assigned

 


Education, Background, Experience & Qualifications:



  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred

  2. Enthusiastic, confident and optimistic demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  3. A strong attention to detail, including excellent written communications skills

  4. Ability to manage your own time and work remotely from your manager, teammates, and clients

  5. An ethic of personal responsibility; a need to hold yourself accountable on behalf of a team

  6. Modern tech fluency, including the ability to manage your responsibilities using a smartphone and laptop, use various communication platforms, and leverage MS Office

  7. Experience in sales, marketing, copywriting, design, and/or event promotion a plus

  8. Experience with design using Adobe, PowerPoint, or canva.com a plus


  9. Experience in test preparation, academic support, or admissions a plus


  10. Availability to work weekend hours


 


Salary: $32,463-$42,160 per year, based on a 40 hour work week


The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
