Division Service Manager - North Florida Area

Purpose:
Directs and controls service operations, maximizes service sales growth, labor sales, staffing and budgets. Attracts, retains, and engages department personnel.
Responsibilities:
Develops, maintains and manages the Service Department Strategic Business Plan for the organization
Creates and monitors annual Service Department goals and budget for the organization, in alignment with financial and operational objectives
Manages Service Department processes
Monitors individual and overall Service Department performance relative to labor sales and expense control
Develops and implements the Service Department employee compensation plans
Creates and facilitates the Corporate Service Marketing Plan including advertising, marketing and promotional programs to grow labor sales
Facilitates the organization's Customer Satisfaction Program to enhance and maintain customer relationships and training
Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for the Service Department
Job Requirements:
3+ years experience as a manger of Service Department operations
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Oversite of multiple locations requiring frequent travel between sites, may require relocation
Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the internet
Ability to speak and write effectively to individuals and groups
Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Must be willing to relocate if needed to be in the territory
