Job Description:

This job position is within the -nited States near Dayton OH s-pporting the Special Warfare Acq-isition Growth & Refresh (SWAGR) Inventory Control Point (ICP). As the Logistics S-pervisor yo- will perform and s-pervise logistics tasks that s-pport daily operations of a contract to establish, operate and maintain the SWAGR Inventory Control Point (ICP) and responsible for:

Inventory management of eq-ipment & software (property acco-ntability s-pport)

Processing c-stomer req-ests -sing inventory control database with workflows

Data entry for m-ltiple property control systems

Print and analyze reports

Receiving, and inspecting physical condition of received shipments

Kitting and packaging

Shipping

Shipping doc-mentation and labeling

Warranty coordination and ro-ting s-pport (repair & ret-rn)

Demilitarization coordination and ro-ting s-pport

Additional Logistics s-pport activities as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Essential Job F-nctions: (not limited to d-ties as described - performs related d-ties as req-ested)

Process c-stomer req-ests -sing a-tomated database for inventory control.

Manages and performs logistics tasks req-ired to operate and maintain the Special Warfare Acq-isition, Growth and Refresh (SWAGR) wareho-se operations

S-pervises onsite personnel performing shipping, receiving, handling, storage and inventory tasks

S-pervises wareho-se operations when the wareho-se s-pervisor is not available

Prepares ro-tine sched-led and -nsched-led logistics reports for inp-t to contract deliverables, Internal reporting and management.

Maintains config-ration management baseline database, tracking end-item warranty stat-s, and repair and ret-rn tracking as req-ired

Manage Maximo database (inventory management system)

Facilitate DRMO actions as req-ired

Complies with IAP S-pply Chain Risk Management and Co-nterfeit Prevention proced-res

Other d-ties as assigned

Level of S-pervision: S-pervises a small team and works -ns-pervised in a reliable manner to complete all tasks within sched-le and q-ality standards.

Req-ired Ed-cation & Experience: (or eq-ivalent)

Associates Degree and or 5 years of logistics operations experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of logistics operations experience

License & Certifications:

PMP preferred

Knowledge & Skills:

Req-ired:

Experience -sing a-tomated database to process c-stomer req-ests and associated logistics tasks associated with systems -sing process workflows.

Preferred:

Fl-ent with Microsoft Office S-ite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project). Experience -sing Basic Airman Replenishment system (BARs) and Tactical Control Air Party (TACP-M) software and website

Experience -sing Defense Property Acco-ntability System (DPAS)

Experience -sing Maximo®

Experience s-pervising personnel
