Position Title: Sr Customer Master Data Analyst

A Day in the Life


As the Customer Master Data Analyst, you will ensure high standards in data accuracy that impact the day-to-day transactions, intelligence, and decisions taken throughout the supply chain and the business.  The scope of the Customer Data this person will own and analyze will include areas throughout Supply Chain including Outbound Logistics, Transportation Management, Trade Operations, Order Fulfillment, Sales, Customer Partner information, and others.

Responsibilities


  • Participate in projects, solve critical key user support questions, and streamline the overall data experience across the supply chain. 

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to “clean” data and build in upfront integrity in rules used to set supply chain parameters

  • Build documented processes for new Data Creation and Data Maintenance and train key users to operationalize

  • Ensure the adherence to the required data management strategies and policies

  • Conduct and/or oversee strategic supply chain analysis.  

  • Drive the data migration of Mozarc data from the legacy systems into the new ERP and ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of this data

  • Collaborate with Principal Analysts and Data Architects on the development of the Data Management applications and systems

 

Must Have:


  • Bachelor and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of experience

  • Experience in Data Migration and Conversion exercises


Nice to Have


  • Global program experience and understanding of key differences in regional requirements for data

  • Experience with Business and Data Analysis, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, and Metadata Management Services

  • Familiarity with multiple levels of enterprise applications supporting supply chain, including ERP, CLM/CPQ, Data Visualization/Business Intelligence, Regulatory/Trade, and others

  • Background experience in SAP, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau 

  • Previous experience supporting customer, transportation, or other supply chain functions

  • Self-starter and able to establish relationships and work with remote teams of professionals and able to work independently to achieve objectives.

  • Solid communication skills and the ability to translate user/business requirements into formalized reports and data queries.
