Hourly Wage:  
$16.90 - $18.95 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:

Member Lending Specialists serve as the telephone contact for Member’s, team member’s and potential Member’s lending needs and requests. Responsible for answering calls and responding to electronic services for Royal’s full line of unsecured, collateral secured and HELOC loans. Open new deposit products for telephone and electronic requests. Identify Member needs using knowledge of all products and services offered at the credit union. Refer existing and potential Member’s to departments or individuals who can better meet their financial needs. Provide exceptional, efficient and accurate customer service.   

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Variable hours between 8:30am – 7:00pm Monday through Friday and two Saturdays per month 8:30am – 2:00pm.

Training:

Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. 

Location:
This position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and has the ability to be partially remote up to 4 days a week after 4-6 months of training and proficiency in the position. When not working remote, the office location is flexible at either the Corporate Office in Eau Claire, WI, or at our Business Center in Chippewa Falls, WI based on office availability and candidate preference.

Preferred Experience:

•  Previous experience working in a call center environment

•  Previous experience working in a financial institution
