Shermco U.S. is seeking a Salesforce Developer
Summary:
This position is responsible for all code-based solutions within Salesforce or involving data migrations, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications. This position will work closely with the Salesforce administrator and Business Analyst to develop solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
Position Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions.
Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Seek out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code.
Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
Familiar with Workflows, Reports, Process Builder, Flow, triggers, and SOQL
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
Technical project management experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
Practical understanding of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years' experience in Software Development
2+ years' experience in Salesforce Development
Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP.
BS in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
Mules Certified Developer - Level 1 or 2 (preferred)
