You will report to the Manager of Software Development to contribute toward designing, analyzing, writing code, modifying, and debugging CSG product applications such as, but not limited to, Exstream Dialogue, .Net applications, and Java.
Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
Provide QA support as needed.
Engage in cross-team activities ensuring completion of projects on schedule.
Assist with on-site client issues and support 24/7 on-call rotation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in English in a business environment
Knowledge of software development methodologies/processes, design, implementation, and documentation.
Knowledge of one or more programming languages as specified by the department.
Ability to read and write scripts in a variety of scripting languages.
Working knowledge of React, web services, IIS 7, C# or related .Net programming languages, and database systems.
Experience with Oracle and SQL.
Good customer support and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
Ability to recognize areas needing improvement and solve complex problems related to interconnected software components.
Working knowledge of both Windows and UNIX operating systems.
Ability to learn new programming languages.
Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Bootstrap, Subversion/version control.
Experience in COBOL, PERL, and UNIX a plus
Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $71,433.11-$114,293.82
