The impact you will have:
Become the go-to expert in HPE datacenter solutions for our clients and our sales force.
Clients need our help.Their IT infrastructures cannot keep up with the pace of change their internal and external stakeholders demand.You can solve these issues for our clients.As a HPE presales Technical Architect, you will design solutions that modernize their datacenter infrastructure utilizing leading edge technologies combined with public cloud deployments where it makes sense based on the client's requirements.
What you'll do:
Hybrid Cloud datacenter transformation through designing strategic solutions for our clients, utilizing leading-edge HPE technology
Awareness of HPE datacenter solutions within sales teams
Sales enablement by educating our sales teams on datacenter concepts
High quality customer support while meeting service-level objectives around responsiveness
Business results though increased attach rates, complete solution design, and services selling
Work with other vendors technologies that align with HPE to build cross vendor alignment solutions
Demo solutions as required
Work with HPE channel sellers and business partners to build alignment
Deliver on assessments, sharing insights with factual customer data to help their businesses achieve their goals.
What you'll bring to the table:
Minimum of 4+ years of customer-facing technical sales experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on datacenter solutions
Experience working with a technology reseller or manufacturer is preferred
Technical certifications for HPE Server and Storage required.Please include a list of current and previously held HPE certifications with your application
As this role will be supporting the United Stated and Canada
Understanding of HPE Programs e.g HPE Green Lake, Financial Modelling is highly desired
Ability to embrace the technical and business development responsibilities of the role
Ability to identify process improvements that will help everyone work more efficiently
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
