ECS is seeking a Program Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA office.
Responsible for providing management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this Task Order.
Direct efforts of cross-competency teams, including contractors at multiple locations, and serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and project issues.
Responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status and milestones.
Oversee contractor personnel project operations by developing procedures; planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort; and monitoring and reporting progress.
Manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project.
Must be a US Citizen; must possess a minimum of an Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Possess a Master of Business and Management (MBM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a master's degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics).
Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience managing complex projects in an IT engineering or big data environment.
Possess an active certification in one of the following:
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or equivalent program or project management certification.
Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC P/PM) Level 3.
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification.
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing projects utilizing non-traditional program management methodologies (e.g., Agile) in a big data environment.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a military or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, or computer science).
