As the Manager of Project Management - Procurement Operational Execution, you will lead Global Supplier Performance and implement processes that align with key business objectives to optimize product supply. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure we have the right products, at the right time, and at the right place at the right cost.
About the Position:
In this position, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of material flow by working directly with suppliers to ensure optimal fill rates and accuracy. As the Senior Manager - Procurement Operational Execution, you will partner with cross-functional teams to enable seamless execution while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role will also handle and escalate issues related to real estate procurement.
Responsibilities include:
Drive process innovation, ensure supply reliability, and maintain high standards of compliance.
Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners, fostering collaborative efforts to achieve objectives.
Monitor supplier performance, fill rates, and accuracy, providing necessary training to suppliers on expectations.
Conduct reviews of open purchase orders, identify gaps, and document potential impacts.
Communicate unresolved gaps and recovery plans to key stakeholders.
