As a member of the Global Tech Indirect Procurement Technology team, you'll be learning and practicing strong sense of ownership, solving complex problems, applying passion for technology in your work, foster strong relationships and build trust, and works for the success of the entire team. These projects directly impact how our store and home office associates procure, receive, and pay for Goods Not for Resale. You'll operate as a trusted advisor as it relates to efficiencies and best practices. About Team: Global Tech Indirect Procurement Technology

Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.



What you'll do:



Lead and participate in small to medium-scale projects by reviewing project requirements; translating requirements into technical solutions; gathering requested information (for example, design documents, product requirements, wire frames); writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders; collaborating with project team and cross functional teams; troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes; ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs; interacting with project manager to provide input on project plan; and providing leadership to the project team.
Troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); engaging support teams to assist in the resolution of issues; formulating an action plan; performing actions as designated in the plan; interpreting the results to determine further action; performs root cause analysis to prevent future occurrence of issues; and completing online documentation.
Provide support to the business by responding to user's questions, concerns, and issues (for example, technical feasibility, implementation strategies); identifying short- and long-term solutions; facilitating resolutions; and leading cross-functional partnership.



What you'll bring:



  • 8+ years of experience in full stack software development.

  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, SQL, NO SQL ,Azure, and GCP , Mobile Development.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

  • Experience demonstrating accomplishments involving the creation of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  • Ability to perform pull requests and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

  • Strong experience troubleshooting and debugging software issues in a timely manner.
