Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and the business user community

  • Partner primarily with the leaders of the talent and organizational development functions to ensure HR technology needs are met

  • Provide timely and comprehensive system support to employees, managers, and HR team members

  • Assist with technical and process-related issues related to HR systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution

  • Maintain documentation of process workflows and change controls

  • Maintain complex, role-based system security profiles

  • Assist in the creation of data analytics

  • Provide project leadership and support from design through implementation

  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that occur during projects

  • Perform testing responsibilities, including reviewing specifications, creating test scenarios, and overseeing testing of the system

  • Evaluate and recommend potential system enhancements and upgrades

  • Assist in training end users of HR systems

  • Support various system upgrades, patches, and other projects as assigned


Requirements




Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of eight years of applicable experience

  • Minimum four years of HR systems analyst experience

  • Preferred: two years of providing system support for performance, compensation and/or succession management

  • Hands-on experience with the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products, including integration of Human Resources Information Systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to quickly develop and maintain collaborative working relationships

  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills; attention to detail

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques

  • Ability to create and maintain system operating procedures in both technical and user-friendly language

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong working knowledge of Teams
