Interact with clients, guests, and employees via phone, in person, and through written communications to provide information, route calls that are received at our main front desk and ensure customer (internal and external) needs are met. This includes the preparation of the facilities for these events.
Secure the facility by greeting persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Process shipping requests forms and prepare appropriate shipping labels. Assist Deskside team with packing and shipping new hire equipment on a regular basis.
Follow-up on packages shipped to ensure their timely delivery of new hire equipment and/or timely return of separated employee equipment.
Participate in employee engagement events by assisting Operations Coordinator.
Maintain regular attendance.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Project work as assigned by Human Resources, Accounting, or Administration
Coffee Supply and front desk office supply ordering and inventory
Assist in the coordination of vendors in and out of the building.
Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of and some experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Outlook, word processing, and PowerPoint, managing files and records. Knowledge of other office procedures and terminology is required.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Physical, mental requirements and work environment:
Must be able to stay sedentary at the front desk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds (as related to shipping/receiving of packages).
Must be able to communicate/interact verbally, written and face to face.
