  • You must constantly research job opportunities for students, graduates, and alumni by searching local job search websites, newspapers, state/local employment agencies, and other creative means.

  • You will maintain department files, supplies, and other sources of information or items on record.

  • Maintain all employment verification records that support student/graduate placements.

  • Collecting and maintaining complete and current documentation of daily activities (i.e., student records, placement database, and placement waivers) is important.

  • Assisting unemployed students with suitable part-time employment, while they attend school, is also a requirement of this role.

  • You will participate in public relations forums to promote the reputation and services of the school (i.e., job fairs, open houses, guest speakers, graduate job visits, etc.)

  • Working with our students, helping them to develop their employment goals, prepare résumés, and hone their interview skills is a very satisfying part of this job.

  • It’s important to prepare students for the realistic working world by providing real-world advice.

  • You will maintain individual weekly and monthly accreditation verification goals.

  • It should go without saying that you will work effectively and collaboratively with your team to achieve our student placement goals.

  • The successful applicant will assist the Director with planning Program Advisor Board meeting
