Our B2B (Business-to-Business) Contracts Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the contractual agreements between their employer and its customers. This role involves ensuring that contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities
You Will be responsible for. . .
Template Management: Manage contract templates and form language for commercial pest control contracts for US businesses. Update templates and recommend changes working with Senior Attorney. Potential to expand to foreign contracts
Contract Review: Review and edit commercial contracts presented by customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational requirements
Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial terms and conditions
Contract Management: Recommend systems for maintaining form documents, form language and executed contracts
Relationship Building: Build relationships with the Contract Managers and other submitters and the national accounts personnel
Customer Service: Develop processes and response protocols for contracts submitted and convey a customer service mindset for internal submitters
Legal Compliance: Work with the Senior Attorney to stay informed about relevant laws and regulations to ensure that contracts adhere to legal standards and industry guidelines
Communication: Effectively communicate contract terms and conditions to internal stakeholders and external parties involved in the contractual agreements
Manage and report Metrics: Track and report metrics to effectively manage workflow
Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including operations, Contract Managers, risk management and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure contract alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field
5 years’ work experience in contract administration, preferably sales, service, and/or commercial contracts
Experience implementing a contracts management database/system
Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), may be advantageous
Legal Knowledge: Understanding of contract law and relevant legal principles is crucial
Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing and drafting contracts to avoid errors and ambiguities
Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage in effective and fair negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes that comply with legal and organizational requirements
Organizational Skills: Capability to manage and prioritize multiple contracts and deadlines
Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is essential
Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess risks and make informed decisions in the best interest of the organization
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software and other relevant tools
Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and industry dynamics
