Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Project Manager to join our Digital Technology Solutions team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing projects related to ecommerce B2B/B2C, ERP, CRM, PIMS, DataLake, and MarTech systems. As an Agile Project Manager, you will facilitate and optimize the Agile development process, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions, promoting a collaborative workspace, and guiding teams to achieve high-performance outcomes. Additionally, you will also be required to extensively collaborate with vendor and agency partners, oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities


  • Team Collaboration: Establish a team culture that values innovation, accountability, and high performance. Resolve conflicts and encourage open communication.

  • E-commerce Focused Project Management: Collaborate with product owners to define e-commerce project goals, create roadmaps, and guarantee on-time delivery of milestones.

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings, focusing on active participation and time efficiency.

  • Agile and E-commerce Coaching: Guide team members in both agile and e-commerce best practices, ensuring adherence to these methodologies for ongoing improvement.

  • Impediment Removal: Actively identify and address obstacles to team progress, particularly those unique to e-commerce environments, to facilitate smooth project flow.

  • Reporting and Metrics: Monitor and report on team metrics, offering insights into both team performance and e-commerce project development.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project objectives and progress, identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Vendor And Agency Collaboration: Efficiently work with both internal and external (vendor and agency partners) teams to streamline communications, deliverables, and reporting.

  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement, soliciting feedback, and implementing changes to boost team effectiveness and product quality.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience as Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master in a Digital Solutions environment involving e-commerce B2B/B2C, ERP, CRM, PIMS, DataLake, and MarTech technologies.

  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent would be a plus.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation abilities.

  • Proven track record of leading and coaching teams in Agile and e-commerce practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience efficiently collaborating with both internal and external (vendor/agency partners, offshore, etc.) teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
