Security Properties Residential has an opening for Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor !

This role oversees at least two properties or more and will ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet the Company’s established standards and any applicable laws. Lead a team in diagnosing problems and repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc. Schedule, monitor and perform maintenance, and respond to work order requests from residents. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.

An ideal candidate for this role is a team player who has 3 to 5 years of previous experience in property management maintenance, or other building maintenance. Must have experience scheduling turns, purchase ordering, painting and all basic service requests, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polite and professional approach and excellent customer service skills. We are also seeking candidates who demonstrate strong leadership abilities and organizational skills. Position may require weekend and holiday work.
