Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough in-person interview with potential clients, using the company's tax preparation software.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Complete related tax forms in compliance with regulations, using the company's tax preparation software.
Furnish taxpayers with sufficient information and advice to ensure that they have completed their tax forms correctly.
Review taxpayer financial records and supporting documents to determine the information needed to prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
Perform basic research of tax related questions and issues to respond to clients appropriately.
Resolves client complaints, or refers situations to supervisor (as appropriate) for resolution.
This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive, highly confidential nature, and regularly deals with diverse matters which require a working knowledge of the business.
Required Qualifications
Top candidates for this position will have individual income tax preparation experience and the desire to provide exceptional client service
High School Diploma or GED
Experience preferred but will train the right person
