Purpose:

The National Supplier Relationship Manager, ClearVue is the primary point of contact, within UNFI nationally, for a supplier doing business with UNFI or its customers. This position is responsible for the development, management, and execution of existing and new brands part of the ClearVue partnership programs via the UNFI supply chain structure. Position is also responsible for the collection and execution of all required supplier agreements, documents and marketing strategies with any supplier doing business with UNFI.

Job Responsibilities:

• Negotiate ClearVue and Incentive Contracts 15%

• Assumes responsibility for development and implementation of ClearVue marketing strategies and policies. 15%

• Researches, analyzes, and responds to business conditions that affect ClearVue Suppliers and marketing strategy.10%

• Evaluates and monitors the satisfaction level of Suppliers participating in the ClearVue Program. Ensures effective ongoing communication with Suppliers to maintain high level of customer retention. 10%

• Identifies suppliers for product and sales penetration opportunities. Networks with industry leaders and builds relationships to facilitate expanded sales opportunities. 10%

• Regularly reviews SKU mix independently, and with cooperation of suppliers, to ensure UNFI distribution centers stock the necessary items required within the marketplace. 10%

• Manage and/or identify and research current and potential ClearVue and Incentive suppliers 5%

Job Requirements:

Education/ Certifications/or Equivalent combination

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience and training.

• A minimum of 5+ of related progressive marketing, supply chain or brand management experience in natural food

industry preferred

• Thorough understanding of Company products, services, and competitors' product lines

• Advanced skills in Microsoft office products and Adobe Acrobat
