What you'll do:

Office of the CTO (OCTO) is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Culture, Community and Communication team. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working cross-organizationally to develop a compelling story and key messages that articulate OCTO's vision, strategy, priorities and culture. You'll bring those messages to market both internally and externally, helping to attract, engage, develop, and retain talent, promoting OCTO as the best place to work at HPE for those who look to invent the future.


  • Develop key messages promoting OCTO and the HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform and manages the plan for communicating those messages.

  • Create content tightly aligned to the OCTO vision/mission to deliver messages appropriate to specific audiences.

  • Work closely with the Project manager and Presentation Designer/Web Administrator for delivery of these messages via the organization's newsletter, websites, events, and social channels.

  • Act as the managing editor for the OCTO and HPE Developer newsletters and blogs.

  • Responsible for developing key new vehicles, such as the OCTO website and newsletter, to communicate messages important to the organization.

  • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.


  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the brand story for both internal and external audiences.

  • Lead and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

What you'll need:

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing.

  • Ability to translate strategic concepts and ideas into a compelling story.

  • Must be an effective communicator and collaborator, working across various teams.

  • Be able to effectively manage a wide range of projects simultaneously, with the ability to quickly grasp objectives and turn around quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Annual Salary: $95,100.00 - $218,700.00
