Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join their hardworking Front Office team!
We're in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, with the Rocket Mortgage Field House, Playhouse Square, and East 4th Street within a mile. Our hotel is connected to the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland. We have an indoor pool, fitness center, and a top-floor bar with views of Lake Erie.

Our hotel consists of 600 guest rooms and 18 meeting rooms with over 40,000 sq ft of meeting space. We also have an onsite bar, restaurant, fitness center, and indoor pool!

The ideal candidate has full availability, customer service experience and has a passion for the hospitality industry and guests and is ready to dive in and assist the team in anything that comes their way.

What will I be doing?

As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
• Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
• Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
• Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
• Coordinates the activities of the Guest Services department to provide quality service in accordance with Company standards.
• Directs Team Members, maintains records and logs, coordinates groups and participates in providing service.
• Provides communication to internal and external guests.
