Looking for Project Manager III
What you will be doing as a Project Manager III:


  • Responsible for managing and leading complex end-to-end Unified Communications solutions through entire project lifecycle (inception, design, development, integration and test, trial and transition to deployment).

  • Act as a liaison with appropriate company personnel and vendors to ensure project compliance to standards.

  • Establishes and manages project core teams, manages resource plans and directs the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate multiple complex high priority tasks.

  • Assure feature and functionality and performance metrics requirements are defined.

  • Initiate, facilitate and monitor specific inter/intra-departmental project progress and performance to assure quality and on time delivery.

  • Ensure milestone dates are met. Monitor risks during various stages of the project and escalate issues to the appropriate level of management.

  • Maintain project status reports on projects.

  • Create and manage contingency plans for projects.

  • Evaluate impact change requests against communicated timelines.

  • Identify and understand the critical paths of a given project and identify all work dependencies.

  • Provide project management support for several simultaneous, highly technical, challenging projects.


What you will bring to the table as a Project Manager III:

  • Experienced in new product development of backend office systems in an IT environment is highly desirable.

  • Knowledgeable in Product Lifecycle stages and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Knowledgeable in the use of SmartSheets
