Team/Program Introduction:
9th Way Insignia is looking for Network Administrators to assist in providing Base-Level Information Technology Services in direct support of the mission of the 66th Air Base Group (66 ABG) at Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB), Massachusetts. The objective of this program is to secure, support, and sustain information and information systems, as well as support mission success through effective and efficient service delivery. Technical services provided by this effort are wide ranging to include:
Network Management
Cybersecurity
Web and Enterprise Information System (EIS) Support
Unified Communications (UC)/Voice
Compute and Store
Cable Plant Management
Service Desk
IT Asset Management
Vulnerability Management and AF Enterprise Systems Support
Warehouse Management
The 9th Way Insignia team will work with Air Force managers, employees, and stakeholders to provide a high level of services throughout the 66 ABG Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, control, configure, and optimize networks, systems, services, and the underlying physical assets.
Perform network operations and maintenance duties which include monitoring the health and status of the wireless network for offline or underutilized access point (AP).
Ensure all available and assigned network management, equipment, tools, and resources are effectively/efficiently utilized to sustain a healthy and productive network.
Requirements:
Journeyman: Associates degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience
Senior: Associates degree (or equivalent) and 6+ years of experience
IAT II (CompTIA Security+ CE)
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position $55,900 - $106,843.

This position requires a Top Secret with SCI Eligibility. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements.
