JOB DESCRIPTION - Talent Coordinator

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking consulting candidates graduating with a bachelor's or master's degree for the role of Analyst in our Corporate Performance Improvement - A&MPLIFY practice. Analysts are routinely exposed to senior client and firm leadership and help our clients solve complex problems from day one of their first project. Working on meaningful engagements, Analysts produce work that is frequently seen by senior client executives. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about our core values, Fun, Objectivity, Quality, Integrity, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity. The ideal candidate is adaptable to new assignments, systems, and tools, can handle multiple tasks concurrently, and is able to meet deadlines. Travel is to be expected.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrable teaming skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required, both major and overall

  • Demonstrated leadership ability

  • Relevant work experience
