We are seeking a Sr. Principal Sourcing Engineer for the Operations Innovation Supplier Optimization Engineering team. This role will provide leadership and direction for the management, identification, implementation, and prioritization of Packaging & Specialty Materials supplier optimization projects. The Sr. Principal Sourcing Engineer has the responsibility to ensure that supplier transfer projects are executed on schedule, on budget. We are looking for leaders with a demonstrable track record of consistently delivering results in a matrixed organization were collaborating with a variety of individuals, teams and skillsets was crucial to their success.

A Day in the Life
This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Supplier Optimization Engineering for Packaging & Specialty Materials.
You will establish and maintain strong cross functional collaboration with R&D, Released Product Engineering, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sourcing, OpEx and leverage these relationships to ensure projects are on time, on budget and deliver measurable results. As the Sr. Principal Technical Sourcing Engineer, you will drive project / program work for projects with very large scopes and impact for released products. You will:
