About the MRO Buyer Role :

Responsible for the filing of maintenance and supply chain documents on a daily basis. Support various systems and enter data in various applications, in both the maintenance and stockroom departments. Receive and stock parts, complete inventories and necessary data entry to support such tasks. Enter data in various applications throughout HSF.

Job Duties:

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• CMMS (EAM) system changes, MRO (SAP) (MP2) system changes for H2.

Required Competencies & Knowledge:

Knowledge of: SAP, EAM, MP2, Microsoft Office, Office Skills, Keyboarding, Filing,

Skills in:

• Excellent organizational skills.


• Well-versed in Microsoft Office.


• Exposure to general office practice, filing, systems, distribution, etc.


• General Keyboarding skills associated with computer operations.


• General practiced associated with a parts crib, receiving, stocking, and shipping.


• Exposure to SAP application.


• Exposure to Computerized Maintenance Management System (EAM).


• Exposure to MP2 application or similar database application.


• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry will be given the higher priority.

Ability to:

• Excellent organizational skills.


• Exceptional detail orientation.


• Able to multi task.

Proficiency in: MS Office Suite, EAM, MP2 and SAP

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in: an office / stockroom / manufacturing production floor.


• Frequent production environment exposure which includes noise, dust, moving machinery, fork lifts, and fluctuations in temperature.

Physical Requirements :

• Sitting at a work station for short periods of time.


• Stand, file papers and putting away parts on the shelf.


• Stand, walk, climb stairs.


• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on an infrequent basis.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma in conjunction with 3-5 years relevant experience.


• College degree preferred, (but not required).
