JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will support the Resideo Products & Solutions business to assist in meeting customer requirements. This role will support a variety of analytical and process-related duties to manage the customer compliance programs including awareness of changing customer requirements, research of actual and potential compliance chargebacks and working with various business resources to reduce/eliminate the compliance issue. This individual must be able to work within a cross-functional team, suggest and help develop best-practice processes, and be able to drive change across various functional and operational departments. This position is responsible for analyzing and researching each compliance deduction to root cause, delivering customer resolutions, and working cross-functionally to develop solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

JOB DUTIES


  • Achieve the P&S customer penalty reduction goals with respect to Fines/Penalties deductions associated with non-compliance to customer requirements
  • Partner with the customer service team to review and decipher the vendor compliance guides to ensure the business is capable of meeting specific customer requirements
  • Performs root cause analysis on customer compliance violations; works with proper operational personnel on corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Handles customer dispute process in a timely manner within customers system/portal for invalid claims
  • Serve as key support for reviewing and analyzing data related to critical initiatives; analyze various data sets, reports or processes and recommend solutions that support reduction in deductions and compliance issues
  • Assist with compliance and metrics reporting
  • Ensure data related to Customer Compliance is accurate, updated and maintained
  • Manage the communication between the Customer, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and DC/Plant in regards to violations and deductions
  • Standardize compliance deduction coding usage internally and with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable
  • Monitor key customers for changes in requirements regarding fill rate, on-time delivery, compliance fines, deductions, packing slips, barcodes and other system changes
  • Collaborate with both Sales and Operations leadership to review compliance agreements, ensure that the requirements are achievable and communicate requirements to all internal stakeholders
  • Participate in customer facing meetings related to customer compliance program and penalty deductions
  • Present fines/penalty reports and analysis to leadership as needed

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Finance/Operations
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer or Consumer related field

  • Understanding of customer-driven requirements, both formal and informal. (VPA, Supply Chain Guide, Contracts, Customer Portals etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP Experience, with a focus on OTC a plus
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving, and strong organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work across departments
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, able to lead and work autonomously
