Satisfies owner/retailer inquiries by providing accurate product, process, and procedural information, as well as materials and guidance for all retailers and some direct mail Added Security business.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (Wednesdays and Fridays) (after 90 days)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides accurate and timely responses to owner, retailer and field team telephone, mail and email inquiries relating to Added Security.
Processes all retailer and direct mail agreements, as well as any required cancellations, transfers, or corrections.
Opens and distributes incoming correspondence and Added Security business to the appropriate business sector. .
Utilizes Subarunet to review each retailer entry and cancellation appeal request. In addition, reviews customer update file to ensure owner information is accurately updated and the SAS files match those maintained by the company. Processes late entries and reissues agreements processed incorrectly.
Processes customer and retailer refund requests as needed.
Investigates refund process for Subaru Telematics and issues refund as needed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: AA/AS with to 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

SALARY RANGE: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 - $45,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
