Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Department representative that processes all details related to arriving and department flights. Interacts with guests by telephone or in person to make sure that special requests regarding flights and/or hotel stays are met. Works with flight representatives and other Harrah's employees at Brand Offices who assist us with booking flights and working with guests.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required. Willing to work with difficult situations and flexible schedule. Greet arriving flights in the flight greeting area. Maintain close ties with the Junket representative/branch office involved with the flight, blocks guests room accommodations and meets their requests, generates and/or researches total reward accounts for all passengers; generates CMS group for tracking the play for each flight. Follows guidelines for complimentary airfare by assessing play status. Assigns the correct VIP amenity level and food comp level based on the guests' play. Adhere to all DOT, FAA regulations for charter operations.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 2-3 years' experience in gaming, marketing, hotel or public relations field preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Gaming License

PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Type. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces. Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Able to work in a dusty environment. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold). Understand, read, write and speak English. Sit for long periods of time
